De 100% biologische zaak neemt het in haar categorie op tegen BLVD Boutique uit Latem, Boury uit Roeselare, Cuit uit Overijse en La Fabrique en Ville uit Brussel.<\/p>\n<p>Ferm ging pas dit jaar open, maar heeft al veel lof mogen ontvangen. De zaak van Yves de Bakker en Patricia Silverans, met chef Cristina Guidali achter het fornuis, won de bronzen medaille van Gouden Goesting 2016 en werd ook al opgenomen in Newplacestobe. De uitbaters gaan er prat op dat alles wat op het menu staat en wat je in de shop kan kopen van 100% biologische oorsprong is. Ferm werkt ook samen met sociale projecten.<\/p>\n<p>De Venuez Awards worden uitgereikt op maandag 5 december in het casino van Knokke. Die avond worden 14 awards uitgereikt.<\/p>\n<p>Er zijn awards voor Belgi\u00eb&#8217;s Best Bar Concept, Best Cocktailbar,\u00a0Best Restaurant Concept, Best Hotel Concept, Best Coffee Concept, Best Hospitality Concept, Dare Devil, Best Restyling, Best Design,\u00a0Best Bartender, Best Barista, Entrepreneur of the Year, Culinary Talent of the Year en Rookie of the Year.<\/p>\n<p>De genomineerden werden geselecteerd uit de VENUEZ Modern Hospitality Journals verschenen in 2016 (en het laatste magazine van 2015). In samenwerking met een ervaren vakjury verkiest VENUEZ per categorie de winnaar uit de genomineerde zaken.
